After the awful and disgusting treatment my Dad received from the CO-OP in Westbury-on-Trym, I transferred my Dad’s care to Chris and his team at Brunel. From my first meeting with the lovely Jane, to meeting Chris and Louise, there care of my Dad has been faultless. They have shown professionalism from start to finish. The respect they showed my dad relieved so much pressure and stress off myself as soon as i knew he was safe in their care. Chris has to be the nicest guy we have ever met he would literally do anything for anyone, he is very warm and comforting. Whenever I phoned there was always someone there to answer the phone and answer all my questions. Chris walked my Brothers through every step of carrying my Dads coffin on the day, and allowed myself and my family to view my dad in the Chapel of rest as many times as we needed. Chris and his team Laid my Dad out so he looked so peaceful making us all feel at ease. It was a nice touch Chris walking my dads coffin through Sea Mills as I did not think he would be able to as it was such a busy main road, my dad would have loved it. Chris and his team carried out all myself and my family’s wishes and helped us give my dad the perfect send off. I would strongly recommend Chris and his team, and will definately be using their services in the future when the situation arises. Thank you for everything Catherine O’Sullivan and family.
