Louise was my rock during this time and was always available, however small my questions were, she went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements. After my father passed away,my mother was impressed by Chris , so decided she would like him to organise her funeral arrangements. My mother passed away in January 2026, so I granted her wishes. Chris and the team made a difficult time, more bearable, with their kindness and support to me and my family, as nothing was too much trouble for them. Following a few visits to the office I felt they listened and cared. I was able to relax knowing that with their help everything would work out well on the day - and it did!! It was perfect.
