me and my family really cannot thank everyone at brunel enough, from the very first phone call to the day of the service everything has been perfect for mum and exactly what she would have wanted, Louise was so warm and welcoming listening to everything we said we wanted, offering ideas to accommodate our vision for mum and was so compassionate, Chris helped us with making sure everything we wanted with mum was able to be with her and Craig helped us getting mum to the crematorium talking us through everything we needed to do where we needed to be right to the last minute, mum was treated kindly and with dignity and we just could not be more thankful to every single member of the team for just being amazing. we would highly recommend brunel for your funeral services, you really will get everything you want and more. thank you again all of you.

Craig, Louise and the team at Brunel were wonderful when helping me arrange the funeral of a close friend. Caring, patient and able to help me with everything I asked of them, they couldn't have done more.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to arrange 2 funerals at the same time, the other managed by a company with national backing, Brunel were hands down the best. Thank you for everything.

We used Brunel Independent Funeral Directors for both my Nan and Grandad’s funeral arrangements. They are an absolutely fantastic company whose care and respect for the deceased is obvious in all the dealings that I had with them. Their website is easy to navigate and very clear on pricing and what is included in each level of package you can choose from. All the staff are very compassionate and just lovely people. They made the process of dealing with a death and all its associated processes much easier and a lot less stressful. They were quick to respond to all queries and clear in their communication. On comparison of price for the package I choose they were cheaper or comparable to other companies within the local area. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We used Brunel Funeral Directors to make the arrangements after my Dads passing and they were amazing. We dealt with Louise who was so accommodating with all our requests. She advised and helped us throughout and we couldn’t have asked for anymore during this tough time. I felt really comfortable that they looked after Dad perfectly. Thank you for everything!!

Louis and chris really helped me with the arrangements for my mum , and when things happened that put more pressure on us as a family they went above and beyond to make the experience so lovely and personal I'm forever grateful 🙏
