I honestly can’t thank Brunel Funeral Directors enough for everything they did for me and my family.  From the very first email I sent they were kind and explained everything clearly which is exactly what I needed at the time.  We chose one of the more basic packages on offer, but at no point did i feel like we were treated any differently or rushed through anything.  Their communication was fantastic and were kept up to date at every step.  They made a really awful time a little bit easier to get through,  which i’m very grateful for.  I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them.

At Brunel, Chris and the team are absolutely the best.  If you want a funeral directors with compassion, empathy, kindness professionalism and value then i can 100% recommend them.  they recently dealt with my grandmothers passing, but we have used them for two other family members previously and wouldn’t go anywhere else.  Thank you for everything you did.

After my father passed away, my mother was impressed by Chris, so decided she would like him to organise her funeral arrangements.  My mother passed away in January 2026 so i granted her, her wishes.  Chris and the team made a difficult time, more bearable with their kindness and support to me and my family. as nothing was too much trouble for them.  I would highly recommend this company and i thank them for all they have done.

Chris, Craig and all the staff at Brunel looked after my fad’s funeral last week.  They were simply amazing.  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.  Care and attention to detail was second to none.  As a Funeral Director for many years himself my dad would have been proud.  Thanks to all of you.

The support and advice that all the team at Brunel gave me during such a difficult time was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, no rush on making decisions and lots of helpful advice.  I was always kept updated on every step, especially with dealing with the coroners, without the teams help, i’m not sure i would have known what i was doing.  Louise was my rock during this time and was always available, however small my questions were, she went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements.  I truly could not recommend the whole team enough, in fact my own wishes will be for Brunel to take care of me when the time comes
