After speaking to a few other funeral directors, from the moment I first spoke to staff at Brunel I knew they were right for us. At such a difficult and painful time Louise became part of our family, of my many phone calls no time was inconvenient and nothing was too difficult to arrange, the standard throughout was high. This is an extract from my message sent; Dear Louise and team, thank you for all your help and support in yesterday’s final goodbye to Dad. Throughout the process, you have been so kind, caring and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Jane was a perfect celebrant. I know Dad would have approved and would have loved the pictures. Chris was delightful, such a cheery man and huge comfort to have to lead us. The flowers were so beautiful.
